Our machine shop features state-of-the-art CAD and CAM software, as well as the most modern CNC Milling and Turning centers. Utilizing our manufacturing expertise in handling any materials from standard aluminium to exotic metal machining including inconel, titanium, 17-4 ph stainless and many others.
We are capable to produce a wide variety of exotic materials controlling various stringent geometrical requirements by using our high speed machining centers to achieve 0.0004″ concentricity within inner holes and could machine up to a diameter of 250mm. Close-tolerance control by our CNC Turn-Mill machine to ensure tolerance less than 10 microns.
Furthermore, we incorporate grinding process to ensure the tightest tolerance on certain aluminium products to supersede industrial standards of aluminium fabrication.
